Create the opportunity in Salesforce
An order cannot go in without an opportunity — SM and TM approval runs on it. This is for orders with no opportunity at all, usually political or an undisclosed advertiser. Match to an existing opportunity above whenever one fits.
Reassignments
The AE on an inbound IO comes from the agency feed, which keeps sending the old name after a handover. Move a person's work here and future arrivals follow. This is local to this application — nothing is written back to Salesforce.
